President Obama by his own description in a speech he made in 2006 is a failed leader. In 2006 he criticized the raising of the debt ceiling, which has been raised over and over again during his watch. He asked to have the debt ceiling raised by another $1.2 Trillion last week. The figures are truly mind boggling. America’s debt is now equal to that of the GDP.
This debt is similar to that of European countries like Greece, Italy, Spain and France. All of those countries had their credit ratings lowered. The difference is that investors seek refuge in U.S. bonds when things look bleak in other currencies. So Obama’s adage that it is a sign of leadership failure was true in 2006 as it is in 2012. Unfortunately the President knows this but has done nothing to fix the problem. Instead the President has invoked class warfare to deflect responsibility and blame the previous Administration for his own failure.
Despite this reality, DND Chairman Debbie Wassermann-Schulz and other leading Democrats keep pounding away that the President’s policies have been working. They keep touting the 3 Million jobs created by
