The economy remains in shambles yet President Obama keeps wasting taxpayer dollars expanding an already bloated U.S. government, this month launching a new office to help build a “diverse and inclusive workforce” at all federal agencies. The new Office of Diversity and Inclusion will ensure that the entire U.S. government develops comprehensive strategies to drive and integrate diversity and inclusion practices. It will assist the different agencies in building a workforce that “respects individual and organizational cultures” by examining policy options, data trends and employee survey findings. With Obama always talking about a 'balanced approach" and folks "paying their fair share" and the constant demonisation of 'big oil' and 'windfall profits' by the Democrats, one would think that oil companies are making 50% profit per gallon of gas. Not so, in fact the numbers are shocking. Thanks to Townhall and others, they have identified the total hypocrisy of those who tout Big oil as being the worst offender. Not surprisingly, on of the major contributors to Democrats, pharmaceuticals, makes many fold more then ANY oil company. 11th Circuit Court Rules Against Obama’s Health Care Law
A federal court in Atlanta ruled On Friday that the health care reform law’s insurance requirement is unconstitutional, delivering the Obama administration’s signature piece of legislation its first blow at the appellate court level. The three-judge panel in the 11th U.S. Circuit of Appeals in Atlanta ruled 2-1 against the insurance requirement. It is the first appellate court to find the insurance requirement violates the constitution. Chief Judge Joel Dubina and Circuit Judge Frank Hull wrote that "the individual mandate contained in the act exceeds Congress's enumerated commerce power." Circuit Judge Stanley Marcus dissented.
